Magenta (H14) flowers, I–III; dark green foliage; habit very compact; height 10–15cm; spread 26–30cm.

Found by M. Lohse (Schleswig-Holstein, Germany) and rated highly in trials at Bad Zwischenahn, Germany.

Named after the finder. Rubin = ruby.
