Magenta (H14) flowers, VI–IX, which fade as they age giving a bi-colour effect; grey-green foliage; neat habit; height 16–20cm; spread 31–45cm.

Introduced by Maxwell & Beale (Broadstone, Dorset, England) by 1927.

Name alludes to the flower colour.
